What happens when you send this

When water is standing in the house, nobody wants to fill out the same form on six websites. Here you do it once. Your details go to one restoration company that covers your town, and that company calls or texts you back to talk through the scene: how much water, how long, what it reached, and whether anyone is still in the building.

You deal with the company that answers, not with us. They look at the loss, tell you what the dry-out involves, and put the scope in writing before work starts.

While you wait for the callback

If the source is a broken line, close the main water valve. If water reached outlets or appliances, cut power to that part of the house before you walk through it. Do not run fans over water that came up through a drain or off the street; that water is contaminated and moving air spreads it. If the loss is safe to photograph, take pictures now, before anything gets moved or removed.

Coverage

Crews on this site cover the whole valley: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Garden City, and the foothill communities of Hidden Springs and Avimor. If your property is inside that footprint, say so in the form and your request goes to a company that works that town.

Tell us what you need

Describe the job and we route it to an available local pro. They call you back to confirm details and timing.

We confirm every request by phone before connecting you with a pro.

By submitting you agree to be contacted about your request by phone or text, including by an independent local water damage restoration pro we connect you with. Boise Flood is a referral service, not the contractor.
